Data Stored Locally on Your Device

SongScribe Tuner stores the following data locally on your device. This data is NOT transmitted to our servers:

• Tuner Settings: Your preferred instrument preset (Chromatic, Guitar, Ukulele, Bass, Violin)
• Reference Pitch: Your customized reference pitch setting (default: 440Hz)
• Note Display Style: Your preferred note notation (sharps vs. flats)
• Theme Preference: Your chosen app theme (light/dark)
• Ad Removal Status: Whether you purchased the "Remove Ads" upgrade

You have full control over this data. It remains on your device unless you choose to delete it by uninstalling the app.

Microphone Access

Your microphone input is:

• Processed in real-time on your device
• Used exclusively for pitch detection
• Immediately discarded after processing
• Never saved to storage
• Never sent to our servers

Purchase Information

• Transaction records for in-app purchases (processed by Apple)
• "Remove Ads" purchase status (to provide ad-free experience)

Analytics Data (Optional)

If you opt in to analytics, we may collect:

• App usage patterns (which features are used)
• Device type and operating system version
• App crash reports and performance data

This data is collected in aggregate and cannot identify you personally.
